ABSTRACT:

Paramount Recruitment has been providing career management services and recruitment solutions to the Healthcare Communications sector for over 15 years. Paramount are constantly asked, by both companies and candidates, for our advice about salaries, rates and market trends, so we thought it would be highly beneficial to undertake research in the field. In May 2018, with the support of MedComms Networking, we launched the healthcare communications workforce insight and salary survey.
