Note this is a video recording of an online meeting conducted using the Zoom.us platform. Inevitably such recordings suffer a little in terms of their production values because of the internet connectivity and quality of webcams. Despite that, they allow us to provide additional valuable insights in to the MedComms business and we can involve a wider range of speakers who can participate from the comfort of their own desks, wherever in the world they are.

This discussion looks at practical implementation of omnichannel for medical communications; a hot topic now as Medical Affairs teams are increasingly seeing the value of omnichannel methodology. We examine challenges we know many of our clients have with this shift: from grasping the fundamental objectives of omnichannel, to the need to subtly apply technology to the traditionally personal, face-to-face MSL role. Along the way we address the expanding remit of medical writers, efficient content creation and targeting, integrating digital channels, and the lessons we can bring over from commercial best practice. We promise a jargon-free exploration of real-world solutions to real world problems. Our panellists are Frank Fisher, Melissa Fung, Malvika Katarya from AMICULUM. And we answer questions from the audience.

It should be of interest to anyone who is working in and around MedComms, or who is wanting to join the business.

Recorded 26 April as a MedComms Networking webinar. Produced by NetworkPharma.tv
