Note this is a video recording of an online meeting conducted using the Zoom.us platform. Inevitably such recordings suffer a little in terms of their production values because of the internet connectivity and quality of webcams. Despite that, they allow us to provide additional valuable insights in to the MedComms business and we can involve a wider range of speakers who can participate from the comfort of their own desks, wherever in the world they are.
This webinar aims to discuss the benefits of sponsored supplements and what is driving their increased interest and adoption over the last few years in the pharmaceutical publishing and medical education space. While less popular than they were a decade ago, recent publishing innovations and publishing extenders have fuelled interest in a new wave of sponsored collections and supplements as tool to bundle content together and drive engagement. On our panel we have Avantika Deo (Managing Editor at Impact Science, Cactus Communications), Mayako Ikeda (Senior Solution Manager at Edanz Group), Hamish McDougall (Publishing Solutions Manager at SAGE Publishing) and Krista Storm, LBG Health Content Solutions). And we answer questions from the audience.
It should be of interest to anyone who is working in and around MedComms, or who is wanting to join the business.
Recorded 17 May as a MedComms Networking webinar. Produced by NetworkPharma.tv
