Note this is a video recording of an online meeting conducted using the Zoom.us platform. Inevitably such recordings suffer a little in terms of their production values because of the internet connectivity and quality of webcams. Despite that, they allow us to provide additional valuable insights in to the MedComms business and we can involve a wider range of speakers who can participate from the comfort of their own desks, wherever in the world they are.

Everyone is talking about the four-day working week (4DWW) – and we have the real inside story! Preliminary results of a UK pilot study have pointed to positive impacts for employees and businesses. But Synergy Vision have long since graduated from pilot project to permanent way of working. We heard about their pilot back in 2019. Now, 4 years on, in this webinar Synergy Vision talk to us about how the 4DWW works in the real world, with an honest look at the benefits and challenges it’s presented for the company, the employee-owners and their clients. Our panellists are Alex Binks (Senior Medical Writer), Ffyona Dawber (CEO and founder), Karine Henderson (Managing Director) and Katie Males (Head of HR). And we answer questions from the audience.

It should be of interest to anyone who is working in and around MedComms, or who is wanting to join the business.

Recorded 08 March as a MedComms Networking webinar. Produced by NetworkPharma.tv
