Note this is a video recording of an online meeting conducted using the Zoom.us platform. Inevitably such recordings suffer a little in terms of their production values because of the internet connectivity and quality of webcams. Despite that, they allow us to provide additional valuable insights in to the MedComms business and we can involve a wider range of speakers who can participate from the comfort of their own desks, wherever in the world they are.

This is one of three sessions from the MedComms Forum that was held on 21 July 2021, “Veeva for MedComms agencies – a deep dive“.

In this session, Jon Fisher (Senior Program Manager, Veeva Systems) starts by setting the stage of content today using real world data from Veeva and their customers and the partner landscape. He then reviews the Vault landscape focusing on the PromoMats and MedComms platforms and how and why they are used and how you and your teams can be supported and trained.

The second half of the session is a panel discussion to discuss the use of the Vault platform in practice in MedComms, common questions, and what to know. The panel of specialists is Amy Doyle (Medical Writer II, Langland), Jill Kaige (Managing Director, JK MedComms Assistance) and Graham Schulz (Editorial Services Manager, Fishawack Health)

And we answer questions from the audience.
