Note this is a video recording of an online meeting conducted using the Zoom.us platform. Inevitably such recordings suffer a little in terms of their production values because of the internet connectivity and quality of webcams. Despite that, they allow us to provide additional valuable insights in to the MedComms business and we can involve a wider range of speakers who can participate from the comfort of their own desks, wherever in the world they are.

In this webinar, Paul Hutchings (founder of fox&cat), and two key members of his network of independent specialist consultants, Kathy Chillistone (Independent HR Consultant) and Paul Phillips (Consultant and Trainer), highlight the difference between helpful and unhelpful types of pressure. They provide their perspective on how a deeper understanding of pressure can help us better manage the “mental health” of our medcomms businesses. Then, through a panel discussion, we consider how pressure can be harnessed to improve our service, steer training requirements, provide perspective for leadership discussions and help manage cultural wellbeing. And we answer questions from the audience

It should be of interest to anyone working in and around MedComms.

Recorded 14 July 2021 as a MedComms Networking webinar. Produced by NetworkPharma.tv
