Fishawack Health’s Supporting Training and Enhancing Professional Skills (STEPS) initiative provides their employees with bespoke and targeted training and coaching throughout their professional careers. Focusing on the journey of medical writers today, Robert Bloxham (Medical Writer), Susan Brackenridge (Scientific Services Training Director), Anne Errichelli (Senior Medical Writer) and Diane Sutherland (Group Professional Development Director) will introduce the different elements and approaches of the medical writer programme, talking about the ‘how’ and the ‘why’, and we’ll also hear from the trainee perspective! And we answer questions from the audience.

It should be of interest to anyone working in and around medical writing in MedComms or wanting to start their career.
