Note this is a video recording of an online meeting conducted using the Zoom.us platform. Inevitably such recordings suffer a little in terms of their production values because of the internet connectivity and quality of webcams. Despite that, they allow us to provide additional valuable insights in to the MedComms business and we can involve a wider range of speakers who can participate from the comfort of their own desks, wherever in the world they are.
Len Starnes, Digital Healthcare Consultant, is an expert commentator on how medical societies have – or have not – integrated digital approaches into their events. And how the pharmaceutical and medtech industries engage with those events. COVID-19 caused massive disruption and, out of necessity, a significant acceleration of progress towards more digital formats for events of all types. In this webinar, we reflect on what we’ve learnt so far and what are the Medical Societies planning for the coming year? And what it might mean for MedComms specialists. And we answer questions from the audience.
It should be of interest to anyone working in and around MedComms.
Recorded 20 January 2021 as a MedComms Networking webinar. Produced by NetworkPharma.tv
