ABSTRACT:
The foundation for success in any agency is built on two core principles: understanding what clients really want, rather than what they say they want ‒ and delivering it. Although this sounds simple it is far from easy. Chris’s talk looks at the practical ways we can get into the minds of clients and colleagues. How we can stay one step ahead and set the tone on projects rather than having to react. The result should be more opportunities for promotion, fulfilment, and job satisfaction – and who doesn’t want that?
